Yeah I'm well aware of my food wanker status , and rather proud of it, actually. I am rather disappointed that I only scored 4.5 out of 11 on Ed's food wanker test: http://tinyurl.com/yertdue (I eat Jamon, I've tried - and failed - spherification, copper pots are a half-point, since mine are All-Clad SS/copper bonded, I eat offal and I take photos of my food, obviously.)
Oh and I'm not sure if Lachie meant it ironically or not, but I corrected the typo in George Calombaris/Calmobaris :) Maybe that's why he doesn't like us?

Don't know what George's problem is. It can't be the spelling though, because I notice that just below here there is a reference to yourselves as the gorumethusbands so you are certainly very fair - typos all round - it is amazing he has never noticed the comments button. Now I'll have to follow this blog to check up and see if he ever does make a comment!
