Re: Linguine with prawns, truffle and salmon roe
    Posted by Lachie , 07:23pm Thu, 24th Dec, 2009
      Note from Lachie:
You know this one is a simple one because I tried it and it worked on my first attempt with little to no stress.

Incidentally, this recipe also works without the salmon roe if you don\\\'t feel like slapping down $30 for a tiny jar of the stuff. Mind you, with the roe it is a pretty impressive dish.

WTF MAN?!? You can't just leave it at that. And I know you'll explain it when you get back. But what the hell is a bacon trapeze? And that thing at the end in the glass tube? WTF is that?
Twice in a week, my mind has been blown. (The first time was watching Heston's Feasts. If you haven't heard of it (probably likely over there) then google it. It's awesome.)
